A-Z Challenge: Zen-like Z

For all of you fans of my acrostic work and abecedarian work – Ginni has written an epic abecedarian as a finale for the end of the month and it is a cracker – check it out here.

Ginni bites!

A-Zzz

Angry affection as an artform
Blood burning beneath breathless bodies
Corny conversation conceives comedy
Exceeding expectations extravagantly
Frantic and furious foreplay
Gleefully grabbing gadgets
Hopefully hollering happiness
Instead I, Internally
Judged Jesus, joyfully
Keenly knew kind kinkyness
Loved lucious limelight
Made music, marvelling my muse
Nobody noticed nicely nurturing needs
Opened over orange optimism
Peeling passion, pleasure-perfection
Quill quoting quiet quivers
Remembering regrets: reminiscing
Secretly smiled silences started
Tantilising tragedy towards
Unspoken, unsaid
Volcanic
Words, wrestled with
X’s
Yours,
Zealously zoning ZZZ’s

This last finale piece was inspired by a fellow blogger found during my A-Z Challenge & NaPoWriMo month of April – which I think just epitomises the whole nature of these wonderful events.

Hope you all had a fun month like I did 🙂

    • Glad you liked it Shan, it is a great piece from Ginni Bites that I just had to share. If you are not subscribed to her blog then I would do it now right away, her writing is very entertaining 🙂

  3. Am I here? *looks around* I think I am. What a long strange trip it’s been.
Before I space out and not end up telling you why I stopped by, I want to thank you for the follow – this from Quantum Hermit. Much appreciated.

I hopped the red eye here, to check out who is “Too Full To Write.” Started reading but you got me the moment I clicked on Monster Magnet – Dig That Hole in your ABOUT. Yes, there it is, in living color. “Hi, my name is Fim, and I’m a music addict.” There. I’ve said it. I look forward to your labyrinthine blog.
Question. The monks… were they Buddhist. I sensed they were. It follows.

Oh, blighty? I’m not British, hardly even speak English of the Queen… so what is blighty?
Well, that’s about it. There’s a red eye heading ‘back to the islands.’
So long, and thanks for all the fish… but hope to see you round the Hermitage especially on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays ..

    Fim

    • Hey there Fim, thank you for stopping by and a pleasure to make your acquaintance 🙂 Yes, you are right about the monks, you guessed correctly there, well done, have a lollipop, cigar or piece of cake to celebrate! I too am enamoured with music, it has a very heavy influence on my poetry and wellbeing in general. I like the moods that it creates and the inspiration that it brings to any situation. Blighty is a term for Britain, which is where I live 🙂 I will try to catch more of your posts when I can, I look forward to engaging and chatting with you further 🙂
