I’ve won an award! The Tunbridge Wells Writers Circle Anne Worboys Award

Last night I got to meet the novelist Eleanor Prescott, who kindly sold me a personalised copy of her debut novel ‘Alice Brown’s Lessons in The Curious Art of Dating’.

Eleanor gave us a wonderful insight into her experiences and it was a real pleasure to meet her.

I was also the lucky recipient of an award. The Annual Anne Worboys Tunbridge Wells Writers Circle Award for Writing Endeavour 2012. I feel very honoured to have received this award and I am excited for what the future holds in terms of my writing.

If anyone from the UK in Tunbridge Wells/surrounding areas are interested in joining the circle to explore a variety of writing styles then do not hesitate to contact me. It is a lovely, friendly environment and I would be happy to support you/put you in touch with the relevant person for your area of interest.

There are workshops for Flash Fiction, Short Stories, Woman’s Fiction, Novels & Scriptwriting. There are also monthly meetings where you get to meet authors and other people in interesting professions. Thanks for reading and keep on writing!
