Hello there everyone.
I’m a couple of days late responding but I’ve been at it again and had a go at joining in the fun over at Colleen Chesebro’s website for her “Colleen’s 2020 Weekly Tanka Tuesday Poetry Challenge”.
This week, we are using a Photo Prompt for the challenge.
I am writing a trio of Senryus with a 5/7/5, 3/5/3 & 2/3/2 syllable structure based on the photo below.
Senryus are like haikus but while haikus deal with nature, senryus are more ironic and deal with human nature.

Shapes found in the clouds
Remind me of my own brains
Fuzzy in morning
Our pictures
Paint so many words
I can’t draw
Dragons
In my thoughts
Fired up
If you too want to participate in the challenge yourself then you can find the link to the current one here:-
